Within the framework of a special program jointly implemented by Tashkent State University of Law and the Europa-Institut with the financial support of German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Federal Foreign Office, classes will be conducted in the following areas: international trade law; WTO law and institutional framework; Uzbekistan’s WTO accession process; market access and trade facilitation; investment protection; protectionism and fragmentation of global trade.
The Spring School is intended for Master’s and PhD students who study or are interested in international trade, the WTO, and global protectionist trends. It will take place from April 19 to 30, 2026, at Saarland University.

— CV (Curriculum Vitae);
— Motivation letter;
— Academic transcript / copy of diploma;
— Proof of English language proficiency (minimum IELTS 6.5 or an equivalent international certificate);
— Letter of recommendation;
— Certificate confirming student status;
— Copy of the personal data page of the international passport.
If the documents are not in English, a translation must be attached (notarization is not required).
