TSUL announces admission for 2023 to the doctoral studies (PhD and DSC) in the following specialties:

12.00.01 - Theory and history of state and law; history of political and legal doctrines - 3 candidates for PhD;
12.00.02 - Constitutional Law. Administrative Law. Financial Law - 5 candidates for PhD and 1 candidate for DSc;
12.00.03 - Civil Law. Business Law. Family Law. Private International Law - 6 candidates for PhD and 1 candidate for DSc;
12.00.04 - Civil Procedural Law. Commercial Procedural Law; Arbitration Process and Mediation - 2 candidates for PhD;
12.00.05 - Labor Law. Social Security Law - 2 candidates for PhD;
12.00.06 - Natural Resources Law. Agrarian Law. Environmental Law - 2 candidates for PhD;
12.00.07 - Judiciary Law. Prosecutorial Supervision. Organization of law-enforcement activity - 2 candidates for PhD;
12.00.08 - Criminal Law. Criminology. Criminal Executive Law - 6 candidates for PhD;
12.00.09 - Criminal Procedure. Criminalistics. Operational Investigation Law and Judicial Expertise - 3 candidates for PhD
12.00.10 - International Law - 3 candidates for PhD.

Documents of candidates are accepted till October 15.

Candidates entering the institute of postgraduate education as a basic doctoral student must meet the following requirements:
Have a master's degree, diploma of higher education (in the profile programs);
have scientific results, which may form the basis of dissertation research for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), including at least one article and abstracts published in scientific journals and included in at least two collections of scientific collections in relevant areas.

Candidates for the basic doctoral degree should submit to the higher education institution (electronically through the website phd.mininnovation.uz) the following documents:
an application;
short personal information;
Certified copy of employment history (for working candidates);
Copy of master's degree of higher education institution, diploma of higher education (on profile programs);
IELTS (average score of 5.5 or higher), TOEFL (PBT) (567 or higher), TOEFL (iBT) (87 or higher), CEFR (B2 or higher), etc;
a list of published research papers and their copies.

Candidates entering the institute of postgraduate education as a doctoral student (DSC) must meet the following requirements:
A Ph.D. or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree or an equivalent academic degree obtained in foreign countries;
significant scientific achievements after receiving the degree of Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or equivalent academic degree, including a thesis published in a journal that may form the basis of a doctoral dissertation (DSc), to have at least three scientific articles and at least two abstracts at scientific conferences, seminars and collections of scientific papers on topical scientific directions.

Candidates for doctoral studies must submit the following documents to the institution of higher education:
an application;
CV;
A certified copy of employment history (for working candidates);
A copy of a diploma of higher education, Ph.D. or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or an equivalent academic degree in foreign countries;
a scientific report on the research topic and a detailed draft plan of the doctoral dissertation prepared for the doctoral degree (DSc);
A list of published research papers and their copies.
