The republican stage of the competition "Model trial in criminal and civil cases" has started
Teams that recorded high results at the territorial and regional levels and were recommended for the national stage according to the conclusions of the jury of the competition are taking part in the national stage of the competition held among students of law colleges of the Ministry of Justice.
In the competition, the teams were divided into groups by drawing lots, and the Claimant and the Respondent, as well as the prosecution and defense parties, began to defend the assignments (cases) according to their positions.
Judges of Tashkent city and district court, and members of the jury composed of professors and teachers of Tashkent State University of Law are evaluating the processes of the model trial in criminal and civil cases.
