The Legal Clinic of TSUL organizes classes in commenting on court decisions
In the framework of the project students will have an opportunity to consolidate their theoretical knowledge in practice and develop practical skills by reading and analyzing court decisions.
The new project analyzes court decisions in civil, administrative, criminal and economic cases, while court decisions, verdicts, appeals and cassation appeals are given to students as assignments for the week ahead.
