At the initiative of the Department of International Law and Human Rights at TSUL, a special lecture will be organized with the participation of Professor Yuki Kaneko from Kobe University, Professor Shiro Kawashima from Doshisha University, and Professor Yoshifumi Akanishi, former judge of the Osaka High Court.
The lectures will cover the following topics:
• “Cooperation between ASEAN and Japan and Free Trade Agreements (FTA/EPA)”
• “Adversarial Judicial Proceedings in Japan: A Comparative Approach”
• “Features and Legal Issues of Mortgage Systems in Asian Countries.”
The session will take place on May 28 at 14:00 (Room 221, Building 3, TSUL).
This event will provide our students with an excellent opportunity to deepen their knowledge in law, gain international experience, and become more familiar with the Japanese legal system.
