The publication by the Agency for Information and Mass Communications under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan was issued a certificate of state registration mass media № 1160. The journal is published in cooperation with the Academy of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The journal accepts articles, which are prepared by authors in Uzbek, Russian and English. The periodicity of the journal is once every 3 months, 4 issues per year.
The main goal of the journal is to highlight the results of research work in the field of crime prevention, theoretical and practical issues of legal science, to create a professional platform for discussing controversial issues.
