Govkherzhan Yuldasheva took part in the IV Kazan International Legal Forum
The IV Kazan International Legal Forum has successfully concluded.
Held annually since 2022, the forum aims to discuss issues of cooperation in the fields of law, economy, and business, as well as to identify and analyze current problems and modern trends in legal relations that influence the sustainable development of business, society, and the state. This year’s plenary session was held under the theme: “The Era of Law: Searching for a Universal Language in a Multipolar World.”
The international event brought together over 1,500 participants from 28 countries, including the BRICS and CIS member states, as well as Iran, France, the United Arab Emirates, and others. Among the attendees were representatives of government bodies, heads of major companies, legal scholars, prominent public figures, and business leaders.
Professor of the Department of International Law and Human Rights at Tashkent State University of Law, Doctor of Law, Govkherzhan Yuldasheva, spoke at the forum session titled “The Role of International Law in Ensuring Peace and Security Amid the Challenges of the Modern World Order”.
In her presentation, she addressed the topic: “The Role of International Law and Regional Cooperation in Ensuring Stability and Security in Central Asia: The Position of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
