Private Law Faculty
The Faculty of Private Law was established based on the requirements of
the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 29, 2020
No. DP-5987 "On additional measures to radically improve legal education
and science in the Republic of Uzbekistan".
The purpose of the faculty is to form a professional team ready to
provide qualified legal assistance to the population and entrepreneurs; to
bring the National School of Private Law to the international legal arena.
The motto of the faculty is: The basis of investment is education, and
the basis of business is competition and law.
The main principle of activity is "Global priority, legal values and local development".
Future plans of the Faculty of Private Law are:
creation of the educational process according to the European Credit
Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) and its full implementation in the
educational process;
step-by-step training of the teaching staff to conduct research in accordance
with international standards;
taking effective measures to revive and develop the activities of
national law schools in the field of private law;
organization of educational and research work taking into account
foreign and domestic rating indicators;
establishment of an international blog of the Faculty called "Uzbekistan
Law Blog";
creation of the project named Business Networking which will allow
students to connect to the business community and get acquainted with the
business environment;
organization of Legal Business Coaching trainings for career guidance of
graduates.
The faculty consists of a dean, deputy deans, tutors, stylists, dispatchers and clerks.
The Faculty of Private Law consists of 5 departments:

Khodjaev Bakhshillo Kamolovich
Dean of the Faculty of Private Law
Areas of scientific interest:
Business law, Competition law, Telecommunications and advertising law, Comparative
law.
Education and research:
Master of Law, PhD, Visiting Researcher at the Max Planck Institute
(Germany), Doctor of Law at Nagoya University (LLD).
Work experience:
Previously, he worked as a lawyer specializing in Commercial law, an
arbitration judge, a senior consultant for a consulting firm, an assistant
professor at Nagoya University, deputy head of the Department at the Ministry
of Justice, as well as deputy director at the Institute for Legal Policy
Research.

Khodzhiev Nosirjon Komilovich
Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Private Law

Education and scientific work: Tashkent State University of Law. Master

Independent researcher at Tashkent State University of Law. He is
currently conducting a study on "Criminal and criminological aspects of
evidence falsification".
Work experience:
He worked as a teacher of the Department of Criminal Law of the 2nd Tashkent Law College, a state executor of the Shaikhantaur district branch of the Executive Bureau, a teacher of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Anti-Corruption of the Tashkent State University of Law.
