A parents’ conference was held at TSUL to discuss issues relating to students’ education and upbringing, the opportunities available for obtaining a high-quality education, and the strengthening of cooperation between the university and parents.
The event was attended by the university’s rector, Professor Bakhshillo Khojaev. He spoke about the university’s priority areas of activity, measures to improve the quality of education, the development of students’ professional potential, the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical experience, and the conditions being created to foster the all-round development of young people.
During the meeting, issues relating to ensuring close cooperation between students, the university and parents were discussed.
As noted, the direct involvement of parents plays a vital role in ensuring their children’s academic success, their professional development, their spiritual and moral upbringing, and their social engagement.
As part of the event, students who had achieved high academic results and were actively involved in the university’s community life, as well as their parents, were awarded certificates of honour from the university.
An open dialogue on the topic of ‘Cooperation between the University and Parents’ also took place as part of the congress. During the meeting, parents received answers to their questions regarding the educational and upbringing processes, the facilities provided for students, and the university’s activities.
