In 1995 she was a candidate of legal sciences, in 2006 she received a doctorate in legal sciences.
In 2000 she was a senior researcher, in 2008 she received the title of professor. She is the author of 10 textbooks, 4 monographs, 10 textbooks, more than 200 scientific articles (including in journals based on Scopus).
Under her leadership, 4 doctoral (DSc), 7 candidate dissertations in legal sciences and 4 doctoral dissertations of philosophy in legal sciences were defended, and the results of these dissertations were introduced into practice.
