Anti-Corruption Agency and Anti-Corruption Examination of normative legal acts: Compar-ative Analysis
This article analyzes the role of the Anti-Corruption Agency in the implementa-tion of anti-corruption expertise of regulations based on the experience of some foreign countries. Based on the analysis of national and foreign legislation, proposals and recom-mendations have been developed to improve the anti-corruption expertise of regulations.
Some Features of Improving the Penal Institution for Several Crimes in the Criminal Law of Uzbekistan in the Fight against Corruption
This article analyzes some features of improving the penal institution for criminal offenses in Uzbekistan's criminal law in the context of combating corruption. In particular, the theoretical views of scientists on the commission of several crimes and recidivism are studied. At the end of the article, the author developed proposals to improve criminal law in this area.
