At Tashkent State University of Law (next – University), the Department of internal control against corruption (next – department) was established on December 14, 2022.


Appropriate measures are being implemented in the university to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of the tasks and leadership tasks of the department, in order to avoid corruption among professors and students, the current legislation, the decisions of the National Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan to combat corruption.
In particular, on April 27 of this year, a seminar training was held for professors and staff of the University on internal anti-corruption documents of the University and the delivery of international standard requirements of ISO-37001 to employees.
Also, in accordance with the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 29, 2020 PF-5987 "on additional measures for the radical improvement of legal education and science in the Republic of Uzbekistan", measures are being taken to ensure that the University complies with the international standards of ISO 37001-Anti-Corruption System.
In addition, the department has achieved a joint plan with the University and the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in accordance with this plan, the university carries out activities dedicated to various anti-corruption propaganda and propaganda among professors, staff and students.
On April 27 of the current year, the department of internal anti-corruption control together with the HR department held a seminar training for employees of TSUL on the content of internal anti-corruption documents of TSUL and the requirements of the international standard ISO 37001.
The topic of the Round Table is: “Issues of combating corruption and the implementation of a system of complains-control”.

On September 7, 2023, a meeting was organized with the aim of creating anti-corruption permission for students of the first stage who went to Tashkent State University of Law.
On October 5, 2023, a seminar training was held on “anti-corruption and complains-control” to students of the 3rd stage of the Faculty of Criminal Justice.


The following are some ways that Tashkent State Law academic combats corruption and works to prevent it in academic activities:

1)    If you come across cases of corruption at TSUL, report them via @antikorbot

As you know, an uncompromising fight against corruption has been announced in the system of justice

Now, you can send information about cases of corruption in the system of the Ministry of Justice, including departments and divisions of justice, notaries, state service centers, registries, and legal education institutions, to @antikorbot, the hotline "1008" or a special platform of the official website of the Ministry. (http://www.minjust.uz/uz/anticorruption/feedback).

Materials will be reviewed in due course and the identity of the applicant will remain confidential.

           A round table on "Corruption - an obstacle to development"

The event was attended by Azamat Ergashev of the Agency for Anti-Corruption, the Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual Outreach of Tashkent State University of Law, Ahror Khashimhonov, specialists and students of the Private Law faculty.

During the round table, the students were provided with information on the activities of the agency and the state policy on combating corruption, as well as reforms in this area.


The students also received answers to their questions from the experts.







 





 





 








 


A special master's degree in the study of corruption problems will be opened at TSUL


A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Tashkent State Law University and the Anti-Corruption Agency.

According to the memorandum, a special master's degree in the study of corruption problems will be opened at TDYU.

Also, work is carried out in cooperation on the organization of sociological, scientific and other research on the state, trends and causes of corruption.

In addition, within the framework of the memorandum, cooperation will be established with leading foreign higher education institutions and international organizations in the field of combating corruption, and foreign experts and professors will be involved in the educational process of the university.

At the same time, systematic work is carried out on participation in republican, international and foreign grant projects, preventing and fighting corruption in the university system.


2)    In addition, local documents establishing specific objectives and duties for combating corruption in TSUL are followed, as are normative-legal laws.
