About the department

Department of Public and Mass Media Relations 

Our motto: Speed, openness, and clarity

Department of Public and Mass Media Relations of Tashkent State University of Law was established on the basis of  Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 29, 2020, № PF-5987 Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on October 21, 2020, № 194 "On the management of Tashkent State University of Law" and by the order "On amendments to the order № 92 on approval of the staff list of assistants".

Our goal:

Timely, prompt, and reliable public and media information about the processes and innovations in the life of the university, the formation of a positive image of the university, and the study of public opinion about the university, which allows the university to occupy high positions in international rankings.

Our responsibilities:

- Provide the public with complete and timely information about the university's activities;

- To form a positive image of the university and study public opinion about the university;

- Monitoring and analysis of information space, rapid response to critical and widely discussed information attacks;

- Organization of regular appearances of the university administration in the media;

- Forming and updating a database of text, photo, audio, and video materials related to the activities of the university.

Our projects:

- Club of young journalists and bloggers "TSUL SMM";

- "THE TOP" - interviews and shows;

- "TSUL 24" - university corporate TV channel;

- TSUL Creative Studio - a club for teaching students to work with graphic editors and create various presentations;

- "TSUL Tik-Tok."

Our staff:

Khaydarov Jakhongir Anvarovich - head of the department.

Education - higher. Graduated from Tashkent State University of Law in 2019 with a bachelor's degree, and in 2020 with a master's degree. Major - lawyer.

Ismanova Nargiza Khusanovna - chief specialist.

Education - higher. In 2013, she graduated from the Faculty of Russian Philology at UZSWLU. Specialty - philologist.

Urinov Ulugbek Esonboevich - leading specialist
